"OK, so the texture is different. It’s more gritty - but I think it’s perfect because it’s Dubai chocolate! It emulates that crunch. I love chocolate and pistachio so I knew this flavour was gonna be a hit. The chocolate reads more like milk, chocolate, and the pistachio has a subtle nutty note. Again, I really like the gritty texture, but I could see if it throws someone off because most of Elev8 are super creamy. That said it also cooks a lot easier than the original chocolate in my opinion!"
