Refund Policy FAQs

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Just reach out to us at info@elev8-foods.com to get started.

I bought a bundle, but I only tried one bag. Can I return the rest?

For bundles, we’re only able to accept returns for unopened bags. Unfortunately, opened or partially used items can’t be returned due to food safety concerns. We recommend starting with a smaller purchase if you’re trying Elev8 for the first time!

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We don’t currently offer prepaid return labels.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

To help us cover processing costs, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@elev8-foods.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Can I return a product I bought on sale?

All sale items are final and not eligible for returns.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll get an update from us within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

I haven’t received my refund yet—what should I do?

Refunds can take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If it’s been more than 15 business days since you received your refund approval, email us at info@elev8-foods.com, and we’ll look into it for you.
