Refund policy
At Elev8 Foods, every order is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If something doesn’t hit, we’ll make it right.
First Order Guarantee
If it’s your first time trying Elev8 Foods and you don’t love it, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Applies to up to 2 bags
- Limited to 1 bag per flavor
- Bags may be opened or unopened
Returning Customers Trying a New Flavor
If you’re a returning customer trying a flavor you haven’t ordered before and it’s not for you, you may be eligible for a refund for:
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Applies to up to 2 bags
- Limited to 1 bag per new flavor
- Bags may be opened or unopened
If you order multiple new flavors, you’re covered for one bag per new flavor.
Refunds for returning customers are limited to a maximum of 2 bags
Damaged, Incorrect, or Problem Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email info@elev8-foods.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by issuing a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@elev8-foods.com and include your order number along with a brief explanation of the issue.
Returns
In most cases, returns are not required. If additional information is needed to process your request, our team will let you know.
Shipping Costs
If your order is eligible for a refund under this policy, shipping costs are also refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we’ll notify you by email.
- Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, email info@elev8-foods.com and we’ll look into it.
